Moulsham Junior School

It is our INTENT at Moulsham Junior School to inspire a love for music, for children to explore and learn to play a range of instruments, and for children to develop their creative selves, whilst providing them with the tools to read, write and appraise music throughout key stage 2. This will IMPACT on the children by encouraging them to express themselves in a variety of ways, support and build their confidence and use music to develop their love for learning. We intend to IMPLEMENT this through a broad and balanced curriculum where children can learn a range of music skills and develop musical vocabulary through listening and appraising; improvisation; composition; and performance.
