Welcome to Moulsham Junior School – a thriving, inclusive school at the heart of our community and part of The Hive Family of Schools multi-academy trust.

With over 650 pupils, we are one of the largest junior schools in the area, yet what makes Moulsham special is that it never feels that way. We are proud of the strong sense of belonging that runs throughout our school. Our children, staff and families know one another, support one another and work together to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.

These values shape our culture, guide our decisions and help our pupils grow into confident, compassionate and ambitious young people.  We have high aspirations for every child. Academically, we aim to provide an engaging and ambitious curriculum that inspires curiosity, develops knowledge and enables children to achieve their full potential. Equally important is our commitment to helping pupils develop socially and emotionally, building the confidence, resilience and character they need to navigate an ever-changing world.
